Terms of Service

1. The Service

GridironEdge provides fantasy football rankings, projections, a trade analyzer, trade finder, start/sit advisor, waiver advisor, and related tools. Rankings and projections are model-generated estimates based on available data and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are opinions, not guarantees, and we make no warranty that any projection, ranking, or recommendation will be accurate or will improve your fantasy football results.

GridironEdge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League (NFL), any NFL team, the NFL Players Association, Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, or any other league-hosting platform referenced in the Service. All team names, player names, and league names are used for identification purposes only.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Free and Pro plans

GridironEdge offers a free tier with limited daily usage of certain tools (trade analyzer and start/sit comparisons) and a paid “Pro” tier that unlocks unlimited usage, custom scoring, floor/ceiling and dynasty projections, Trade Finder, waiver advisor, and league sync. Current pricing is shown on our Pricing page and may change from time to time; we will not change the price of an active subscription without notice.

Promo codes may reduce the price of a Pro subscription, including to $0 for a defined period. Promo codes are single-use per account unless otherwise stated, may be limited in quantity or time, and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details; Stripe handles all payment processing on our behalf. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date and will not be charged again. Except where required by law, we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the Service by any means other than the interface we provide, including automated scraping, crawling, or bulk data extraction;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute rankings, projections, or other Service output without our prior written consent;
• Use the Service to violate any applicable law, or to infringe the rights of any third party;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account or to any non-public part of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Third-party data and services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Sleeper) to sync your league rosters, and with third-party data providers for player statistics and news. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of these third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT RANKINGS, PROJECTIONS, OR OTHER OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR FANTASY LEAGUE OR SCORING FORMAT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS YOU MAKE IN YOUR FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUES.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Governing state to be finalized upon business registration.]
